Elina Veyberman has been a creative person since her childhood in Ukraine. Her love of architecture guided her towards a career in civil engineering after completing high school. Having an impeccable talent for design and decoration, she has often assisted friends with the interior design of their homes. Elina moved to United States in 1992 and is currently residing in New Jersey with her husband and son since 1997.
Elina and her husband always loved to travel and enjoyed returning home with many photographs from their excursions. A true love for photography began with birth of Elina’s son. Her interest in photography developed as her son grew up, and eventually photography became her primary hobby. She purchased her first DSLR in 2009. Since then, she has been taking classes and participating in workshops that explore the world of digital photography. Currently, her passion is photography that brings enjoyment and appreciation of nature. Elina is interested in landscape and urban photography. She is inspired by the work of numerous known and unknown photographers; those whose work pushes her to become a better artist and one day be recognized for her contributions to the art form.
Elina has been an exhibiting member of the Guild of Creative Art in Shrewsbury, NJ since 2015. Elina’s work has been juried at various shows and also exhibited at the Belmar Arts Council and the Guild of Creative Art. Her photographs have received different levels of recognition at the Monmouth Camera Club. In 2016, her picture “Morning Tranquility” had been awarded Honorable Mention in a juried photography exhibition The Great American Landscape at Belmar Arts Council.
